Eric gave me invaluable guidance during the process of buying my condo.  As a first time homebuyer, I felt very confused and overwhelmed by the whole process.  I met with a couple of realtors but did not feel comfortable committing to anyone until I met with Eric.  Eric was so patient with all my questions and explained the process clearly.  When we visited potential homes he was extremely helpful and straightforward about the pros and cons of each place. 

He always was easily reachable and flexible with scheduling which made the process move along!  I could not have made it through this process without Eric and would definitely recommend him to all my close friends, especially to first time home buyers!
